We are looking for passionate and dedicated, experienced full-time and part-time Cake Decorators to join our team at our newly opening Paris Baguette bakery café in Coral Springs, FL. As a "Founding Team" member, you will play a critical role in establishing our store's reputation for quality from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new store and help build a strong, supportive team from day one.

Prior bakery/cake experience or culinary education is required (1+ years). We welcome full-time and part-time candidates who are eager to learn, dependable, and excited to grow their skills through structured training. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Decorate, assemble, and finish cakes and desserts in accordance with Paris Baguette recipes, procedures, and visual brand standards
  • Prepare creams, fillings, icings, glazes, and decorative toppings following established recipes and production guidelines
  • Execute cake finishing and decorating tasks with consistency in quality, detail, and presentation
  • Ensure cake displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the guest experience
  • Help manage daily cake production plans to support café operations and product availability
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe cake decorating station at all times
  • Monitor product quality and consistency to ensure all items meet brand standards before being placed on display
  • Support special orders and guest customization requests when applicable
  • Properly handle, store, label, and rotate cake components, ingredients, tools, and finished products to maintain freshness and organization
  • Receive, stock, and organize cake ingredients and decorating supplies; communicate low inventory levels or equipment issues to leadership
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks during scheduled shifts
  • Assist with training and supporting new Cake Team Members as needed
  • Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned, based on scheduled shifts
  • Clean and maintain cake decorating tools, equipment, and work areas before, during, and after use
  • Work collaboratively and communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with kitchen leadership and team members
  • Help unload deliveries as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team operations
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Prior cake decorating/pastry experience or culinary education is required (1+ years)
  • Familiarity with cake decorating tools and techniques such as piping bags, whipped cream application, fruit décor, and finishing techniques is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to learn and follow established recipes, procedures, and visual brand standards
