The Role, Poured Fresh
Brookhaven Market is looking for a part-time Cafe Clerk/Barista (onsite in Burr Ridge, IL) to keep our café humming during morning and mid-day rushes. This role exists to deliver consistent, crave-worthy specialty drinks and friendly service-every single cup.
Key responsibilities include:
- Craft specialty beverages using provided recipes and café equipment
- Support simple food prep when needed
- Keep the service counter clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Follow opening/closing checklists and handle the register with accuracy
- Apply food handling and sanitation guidelines throughout the shift
