We are looking for an Executive Chef who has operated at an elite level, can lead a team, build culture, hold standards, and understands that every detail is essential to an amazing guest experience.

You will run all aspects of the Car-nnoisseur culinary operation. This task includes creative direction, menu development, daily operations, inventory/cost controls, leadership and development, and people management. The EC ensures all food is executed to the highest standards of flavor, presentation, and consistency, while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability. This is also a foundational role. We are building toward multiple locations.

What we are looking for:

You have run a serious full service restaurant doing real volume with talented teams. Not a chain. Not a café. A scratch kitchen where the details mattered. You have built culture not just managed it. You know food at a level that allows you to develop our team. You are financially sharp with strong financial and P&L management. You have opened a restaurant from the ground up and you know what that requires. Your culinary philosophy goes beyond executing a menu.
