Job description


Responsible for scraping, racking, stacking and washing china, silverware and glassware with kitchen sanitation equipment. $22.55 Per hour
Responsibilities
• Performs any combination of duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweeps and mops floors; washes worktables, refrigerators and meat blocks; removes trash and garbage.
• Responsible for gathering and disposing of all trash and garbage.
• Completes special assignments for management as requested.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experienced Preferred.
• Requires speed and accuracy in order to maintain maximum efficiency.
• Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
• Must be able to walk and stand during shift
• Must be able to lift, carry and/or push up to 50 pounds
• Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, push-pull, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch and stack.
• Must be able to work around heat, water and chemicals
