Communicates service breakdowns and team plans in buzz sessions and facilitates opportunity-seeking meetings to consistently involve all team members in service improvements. Immediately addresses service breakdowns and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. Keeps team well informed of property promotions and events. Develops highly skilled, successful employees, sets realistic and measurable service standards and holds employees accountable for meeting them. Clearly communicates and enforces company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, department goals and business strategy. Addresses employee performance issues, coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback. Uses EOS data to improve the workplace, listens and responds to employees, recognizes and rewards individual and team performance. Consistently follows company policies, procedures and industry regulations, maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, and completes performance reviews timely. Takes personal responsibility for creating an atmosphere of luck.
Starting Salary $47,500- $52,000
Responsibilities
Directs and supervises activities in assigned zone, with the assistance of the Security force. Trains Security personnel. Coordinates regulatory procedures and company policies to ensure effective performance. Assists Security Shift Manager in Security functions to include scheduling, monitoring of alarms and reporting of disorder on premises. Ensures that posts in their zones are properly manned and that reliefs are provided. Evaluates performance of personnel under supervision. Conducts investigations as assigned. Maintains approved vendors list and keeps CCC exclusion list current and enforced. Maintains record of undesirable patrons, and maintains liaison with Law Enforcement Agencies-City, State and Federal, and provides testimony in court when required. Conducts background inquiries of new hires with law enforcement agencies. Maintains liaison with Investigation Units of other Hotel/Casinos and local authorities. Operates motorized vehicle, i.e. company van. Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support of Caesars Multi-Casino Bad Beat system.
Qualifications
High school diploma, extensive professional and college level training. Leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills. Extensive supervisory level experience, and/or casino security experience, or combination thereof. Investigating experience preferred. Valid NJ Driver's License preferred. CPR certification or the ability to obtain certification required.
The company reserves the right to amend this position to require a key license based on operational and/or business needs. Should a candidate not have an active key license at the time an offer of employment is made, the candidate would be given 30 days from their hire date to complete the entire key license application process. Failure to complete the key license process may result in separation of employment.
