OVERVIEW

Cadrex is searching for a Sales Manager who is responsible for leading revenue and new business growth activities with new and existing accounts aligned with corporate strategy. Responsible for account relationships, and coordinates activities with Program Management, Marketing and Customer Service to meet company objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program Management and growth of existing accounts, maintains and develops customer relationships
  • Identifies, screens, targets, builds, and manages new customer relationships and business, in partnership with Marketing, to meet site guidelines
  • Develops and implements strategic business sales attainment strategies and plans in identified target market segments
  • Participates in cross-functional Strategic Customer Service and Operations Teams and leads delivery of strategic new business growth
  • Successfully achieves established sales revenue goals aligned with corporate strategy
  • Develops and communicates customer contact reports, monthly highlight reports and other data requests as needed by site management
  • Provides new business forecasts, to be combined with existing business forecasts, to deliver complete assigned customer revenue updates as requested by management
Requirements:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting
  • Must possess previous successful business development leadership experience in a fabrication manufacturing industry that includes identifying and growing profitable new business/new customers in a competitive B2B, custom technology and manufacturing services setting
  • Must possess demonstrated successful customer relationship building skills and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Strong self-motivation to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Willingness to travel

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

LOCATION

  • Hybrid (Driving distance to Cadrex Ponca City). Travel to customers 25%
