Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic ADT & Cadence Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic ADT (Admission, Discharge, and Transfer) and Epic Cadence modules. The candidate will work closely with patient access, registration, scheduling, and clinical teams to streamline patient movement, appointment scheduling, and front-end operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and support the Epic ADT and Epic Cadence applications.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements from patient access, registration, scheduling, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic ADT and Cadence enhancements and system changes.
  • Configure and support patient registration, admissions, discharges, transfers, provider scheduling, appointment templates, and scheduling workflows.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production L2 & L3 support.
  • Participate in Epic implementations, system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects.
  • Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, workflow diagrams, build specifications, and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with other Epic application analysts to ensure seamless integration with Prelude, Patient Access, Resolute, MyChart, and other Epic modules.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with Epic best practices, healthcare regulations, and organizational standards.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic ADT and Epic Cadence modules.
  • Epic ADT and/or Epic Cadence Certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in Epic build, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
  • Strong understanding of patient registration, admissions, discharges, transfers, scheduling, appointment management, and patient access workflows.
  • Experience supporting integrated Epic applications.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Epic ADT and/or Epic Cadence Certification (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Epic ADT/Cadence experience
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of patient access, registration, scheduling, and front-end revenue cycle processes.
  • Experience integrating Epic ADT and Cadence with Prelude, Resolute, MyChart, EpicCare Ambulatory, and other Epic modules.
  • Understanding of Epic implementation methodology and healthcare interoperability.
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
