Descripción del puesto
El Especialista de Revisión de Planos (Plan Review Specialist) desempeña un papel clave en el proceso operativo de la organización, ya que contribuye a asegurar que cada proyecto cumpla con los estándares de calidad, precisión técnica y excelencia en el servicio al cliente que caracterizan a la empresa. Este puesto ayuda a garantizar que la experiencia final del cliente refleje la entrega de productos de alta calidad, soluciones innovadoras y un servicio profesional de alto nivel.
La posición actúa como enlace entre las áreas de Diseño y Manufactura, asegurando la entrega correcta y oportuna de archivos CAD precisos para el proceso de producción. Asimismo, sirve como punto de conexión con el departamento de Compras, proporcionando información exacta que permita procesar adecuadamente órdenes especiales y garantizar la disponibilidad de los materiales requeridos.
Responsabilidades Principales
1. Revisión técnica de proyectos
  • Revisar los diseños generados por el equipo de ventas/diseño.
  • Validar medidas, configuraciones, materiales y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Confirmar que los proyectos sean manufacturables y cumplan con los estándares de producción.

2. Preparación para producción
  • Convertir los diseños aprobados en órdenes de fabricación.
  • Preparar listas de corte, materiales y herrajes.
  • Asegurar que todos los componentes estén correctamente especificados.

3. Control de calidad previo a fabricación
  • Detectar inconsistencias en medidas o configuraciones.
  • Identificar posibles conflictos de instalación.
  • Verificar que el diseño cumpla con normas de seguridad y calidad.

4. Coordinación interdepartamental
  • Trabajar en coordinación con:
    • Ventas
    • Diseñadores
    • Producción
    • Instalación
  • Solicitar aclaraciones o ajustes cuando sea necesario.

5. Optimización de procesos
  • Identificar oportunidades para mejorar el flujo de producción.
  • Reducir retrabajos y errores en fabricación.
  • Documentar mejores prácticas.

6. Gestión de sistemas y documentación
  • Ingresar información de los proyectos en los sistemas de producción.
  • Mantener documentación técnica organizada y actualizada.
