As a CAD Technician at Creative Environments, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate design plans. You will work closely with designers to develop and refine drawings, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and precision. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a dynamic team environment. Guidance and support from management will be available to help you succeed and grow in your role.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with landscape designers to convert sketches into precise CAD drawings
• Use CAD software to create visually engaging designs with efficient time usage
• Develop detailed, accurate legends identifying all design aspects
• Maintain communication with designers to verify information and provide updates
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe PDF, email, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Apply mathematical skills to interpret design specifications accurately
• Demonstrate critical thinking to optimize outcomes for clients
• Revise plans as requested by CAD Manager, Designers, Executives
• Learn and implement standards set for all drawings in the CAD Department
