• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CAD Technician in the construction or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
• Associate degree or technical diploma in Drafting, CAD Technology, or related field desired (preferred but not required).

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing practices, and building systems.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, mechanical, structural, and electrical plans.
