Job description

We are looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Dental Designer with expert-level 3Shape experience and a strong background in anterior aesthetics. This position is dedicated to high-quality digital design, scanning, and digital production in our full-service laboratory in Huntsville, AL.

What You’ll Do
  • Digital Design: Design complex single/multi-unit Crown & Bridge, custom implants, and premium anterior restorations using 3Shape software.

  • Digital Production: Handle day-to-day digital tasks, including scanning, design, nesting, milling, and 3D printing operations.

  • Quality Control: Inspect your designs and outputs against doctor preferences, prescriptions, and exact contact/occlusion standards.

  • Workflow Optimization: Help maintain clean digital handoffs and maximize output efficiency across CAD/CAM equipment.

What We Need
  • 3Shape CAD Experience: Deep background designing Crown & Bridge, custom implants, and anterior restorations.

  • Anterior Design Skill: Proven ability to create natural tooth morphology, texture, and proper emergence profiles on front teeth.
