An associate's degree in CAD prepares individuals for roles such as CAD technician or drafter, where they create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Skills in technical drawing, attention to detail, and familiarity with industry standards are essential for success in these roles.
