As a Sushi Line Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, focused on crafting freshly prepared sushi and contributing to other menu items as needed, sushi-style menu items with consistency, care, and pride. You'll help bring our sushi offerings to life in a fast-moving, high-volume environment, working closely with your culinary partners to deliver quality dishes that enhance the Cactus Club Cafe experience. This role is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills, learn from experienced chefs, and contribute to unforgettable guest moments.
YOU ARE:
A professional with 1-2 years as a Sushi Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant, which would be preferred but not required
Passionate about food and dedicated to producing high-quality sushi and fresh menu items.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen with a focus on consistency and attention to detail.
Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to expand your culinary abilities.
A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and supports others.
