The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience using Requisite Pro, Clear Quest, and Clear Case. A minimum of 10 years of with Mumps coding.
Minimum of 10 years in managing large scale IT Projects that include software analysis, design and programming. 10 years of experience using SQL.
Minimum of 10 years tracking key projects milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
Minimum of 10 years working with end-users and subject matter experts to document existing processes and identify appropriate changes to existing processes.
Minimum of 10 years with the use of Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
Minimum of 7 years assembling projects plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on identifying resource needs, performing quality review and timeline.
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
Minimum of 7 years communicating project updates both orally and in written form with technical staff, executive management, and user staff.
