**$1,500.00 SIGN ON BONUS FOR EXPERIENCE

Next Solutions is an in home services company. We contract work from many of today’s top TV and internet service providers. We specialize in creating the ultimate in-home experience for these companies customers.

What does a in home service and solutions specialist do?

Our service and solutions experts provide customers with TV, Internet, and smart home solutions. We provide the work orders for you to complete. This means driving to the customers house, assessing the customers’ needs and best options for completing required work.

KEY JOB DUTIES:

  • Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
  • Troubleshoot all services
  • Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths.
  • Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales experience a plus, but not required
  • Experience working outdoors
  • Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. On a consistent basis
  • Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
