About the Role

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a premier client in the low-voltage cabling industry to find a Structured Cabling Installer III (Level III) for various commercial projects through South Florida.

As a Structured Cabling Installer II, you will lead small project scopes from start to finish, provide guidance and support to junior technicians, and help deliver high-quality cabling infrastructure solutions to valued customers.

As a Structured Cabling Installer III, you will play a key role in our installation team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and executing small project scopes with minimal supervision.

  • Installing and maintaining structured backbone cabling systems and cable support infrastructure in commercial and residential environments.

  • Performing advanced copper terminations and testing

  • Building and dressing telecommunications racks and cabinets to professional standards.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving cabling issues.

  • Assisting with material planning and inventory counts.

  • Applying grounding and bonding best practices.

  • Training and mentoring Installer I technicians.

  • Communicating professionally with customers, general contractors, and project managers.

  • Assisting with basic fiber optic handling and installation.

  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards throughout the installation process.

Experience Level:

  • Preferred experience level is 3+ years in structured cabling installation or a related field.
