Job description

Supervisor Installer, CDL B Benefits:

Supervisor Installer, CDL B Responsibilities:

  • Supervise drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Resolve depot issues and fill in for driver absences.
  • Monitor timesheets, ensure driver DOT compliance, and inspect equipment.
  • Manage inventory and adjust routes.
  • Respond to emails and ensure timely communication.
  • Conduct safety meetings, review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintain inventory.
  • Schedule vehicle maintenance, perform audits, and manage end-of-month reporting.
  • Complete annual reviews, training, and driver assessments.

Supervisor Installer, CDL B Qualifications:

  • Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, etc.).
  • Lift up to 55 lbs. and maneuver up to 175 lbs.; occasionally move up to 750 lbs. with equipment.
  • Climb in/out of trucks, ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and working at varying heights.
  • Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
  • Handle fill hoses up to 100 feet and wear company uniforms.

Supervisor Installer, CDL B Experience:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a supervisor preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-years commercial driving experience.
  • Must have a clean driving record that meets NuCO2’s Safety Point System.
  • Strong mechanical ability and basic knowledge of building construction process required.
  • Previous experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction experience preferred.
  • CDL – Minimum Class B
  • HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
  • Medical Card required
