Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician Apprentice to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Pulling cable and installing devices for CCTV and Access Control systems.
  • Learning industry standards while maintaining Pavion installation expectations.
  • Ability to work on ladders, use a variety of power tools, read and follow project drawings, follow verbal instructions, and conduct testing and commissioning of installed systems.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Nevada requires construction workers to be OSHA certified in the 10 hour or 30 hour training courses.
    • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with a willingness to follow instructions and take direction from experienced team members
    • Foundational technical skills and a basic understanding of electrical systems and the electrician trade
    • Proficient in the safe use of hand tools and power tools
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
    • Flexibility to travel to job sites and stay overnight when required

      Compensation varies based on experience and ranges from $20-$25/hr
