We are seeking dependable Fiber / Cable Pullers and Low Voltage Technicians in the Denver/Castle Rock, Colorado area for ongoing commercial low-voltage and fiber installation projects.

This is a hands-on field position involving the installation, routing, dressing, and support of fiber optic and structured cabling systems. Candidates must be willing to travel to project locations as needed and remain onsite for the required duration of each assignment.

Technicians with 3+ years of experience who can perform installation and testing beyond basic cable pulling may qualify for $30–$32/hour.

• Pull, route, dress, secure, and organize fiber optic and low-voltage cabling.
• Install CAT5e, CAT6, fiber optic, and other structured cabling.
• Support fiber installation and associated low-voltage infrastructure.
• Install J-hooks, cable supports, pathways, ladder racks, and cable management systems.
• Read and follow cable pathways, prints, drawings, and installation plans.
• Label and organize cables according to project specifications.
• Maintain proper bend radius and fiber installation standards.
• Assist with cable and fiber terminations, testing, troubleshooting, and equipment installation.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts safely.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow company and jobsite safety procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, lead technicians, and other crew members.
• Travel to project locations and remain onsite for the duration of assigned projects.

• Previous experience with fiber, structured cabling, low voltage, electrical work, or cable pulling preferred.
• Hands-on experience pulling and routing fiber optic cable strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CAT5e, CAT6, fiber optic, and structured cabling systems.
• 3+ years of low-voltage/fiber experience preferred for candidates seeking the higher end of the pay range.
• Installation, termination, testing, splicing, or troubleshooting experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a field crew.
• Comfortable working from ladders and lifts and in active commercial/construction environments.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, pulling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of maintaining consistent attendance.
• Reliable transportation to Denver/Castle Rock-area jobsites or designated travel departure locations.
• Willing and able to travel for project assignments.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Travel is an important requirement of this position. Candidates will primarily be sourced from the Denver, Colorado area but must be available for out-of-area projects as needed.

While traveling:

• $75/day per diem
• Company-paid lodging
• Assignments may require overnight stays and extended periods away from home.
• Technicians must be available to remain on assignment for the required project duration.

Pay ranges from $25–$32 per hour, depending on fiber, low-voltage, structured cabling, and overall field experience.

Candidates who primarily have cable-pulling experience may fall toward the lower or middle portion of the range. Experienced technicians who can independently perform installation and testing—and particularly candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience—may qualify for $30–$32/hour.

Experience with fiber termination, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting is especially valuable.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, safety-conscious technician with hands-on fiber or cable-pulling experience who is interested in consistent project work and comfortable traveling.
