Job description
Verigent, a nationwide Telecom and IT staffing firm, has an opening in Manhattan, NY for a low voltage technician!
This is a contract opportunity. If selected, you will work as a Verigent employee on contract to our client. Payment will be in the form of a W2 check or direct deposit.

Job Description:
- Pulling and installing Cat 5/Cat 6 structured cabling
- Installing cable trays/patch panels
- Various low voltage work
- Environment will be commercial ISP, mostly hospitals
- Pay will be hourly based on experience
- Access control device installations. Request to exit motions, card readers, door contacts.
Job Requirements:
- New construction cabling experience is preferred, but also not required
- Telephony tools and PPE required
- OSHA 30 required
