Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Cable Pullers to support data center infrastructure projects. This project supports large-scale data center builds Northern Virginia. Cable Pullers play a critical role in preparing fiber and copper infrastructure for splicing activities. Cable pulling is a prerequisite to splicing; no splicing work can occur until cable installation is complete.
This role involves physically installing and routing cable throughout data center environments, often working in elevated conditions and coordinating with team members across multiple rooms and pathways. Although it is heavily preferred, no prior cable pulling experience is required as candidates will be trained on-site and can learn quickly.
