Job description

Full-Time | Hourly + Commission

Unity Cabinet & Granite is looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant to join our team. We are seeking someone who has prior cabinet design experience and is comfortable creating accurate kitchen layouts while providing excellent customer service.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay plus commission
  • Expected annual earnings: $55,000–$70,000+, depending on experience and sales performance

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers in our showroom to discuss their kitchen and bath projects
  • Design cabinetry layouts using 2020 Design software
  • Prepare estimates and proposals
  • Help customers select cabinetry, countertops, and related products
  • Read and interpret measurements, floor plans, and construction drawings
  • Follow projects from initial design through ordering and completion
  • Communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors throughout the project
  • Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Previous cabinet design experience is required
  • Experience using 2020 Design software is required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read floor plans and measurements
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Sales experience in kitchens, baths, remodeling, or a related industry is preferred
