Pay Rate: $17.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Full-Time

As a Cabin Cleaner Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring aircraft are cleaned, inspected, and prepared to meet the highest standards of safety, security, and appearance.
Position Summary
The Cabin Cleaner Supervisor is responsible for overseeing aircraft appearance operations during assigned shifts. This position provides leadership, direction, training, and support to Cabin Cleaning personnel while ensuring compliance with airline standards, TSA regulations, OSHA requirements, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
• Provide positive leadership and maintain a professional work environment
• Promote outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
• Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
Supervision
• Supervise, train, coach, and support Cabin Cleaning personnel
• Monitor employee performance and productivity
• Ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements
Operational Oversight
• Oversee all Aircraft Appearance operations during assigned shifts
• Monitor labor hours and productivity standards
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements when applicable
• Assign and approve overtime as needed
Quality Assurance
• Inspect and approve completed aircraft cleaning assignments
• Ensure compliance with Aircraft Appearance Program standards and task card requirements
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
Safety and Security
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and HAZMAT regulations
• Enforce all TSA and CBP security requirements
• Promote workplace safety and report operational concerns immediately
Reporting and Administration
• Maintain accurate records of work completed during each shift
• Prepare turnover reports for incoming supervisors
• Coordinate personnel assignments and monitor workflow efficiency
Qualifications
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in aviation, janitorial, cabin cleaning, or facility operations is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Must be able to pass all required airport background checks and security clearances

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
