Position: Part-Time Cabin Cleaner (Redeye)
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Start Date: September 10, 2026
Employment Type: Part-Time

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Huntleigh USA Corporation is seeking dependable and safety-conscious Part-Time Cabin Cleaners (Redeye) to support aircraft cleaning operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

The Cabin Cleaner is responsible for properly cleaning and sanitizing aircraft interior areas, preparing aircraft for passenger boarding, maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, and performing aircraft searches for restricted or unauthorized items in accordance with applicable airline, airport, and company requirements.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • High school diploma or equivalent may be required.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the airport.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Previous aircraft cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

  • Must be able to successfully complete required background checks and airport security clearance requirements.

  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

  • Must be dependable and able to consistently work the assigned schedule.

  • Must follow all applicable airport, airline, safety, security, and company procedures.

CABIN CLEANER – PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collect and properly dispose of trash from aircraft interior areas.

  • Clean and sanitize aircraft interiors in preparation for passenger boarding.

  • Perform cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, vacuuming, mopping, wiping, dusting, and sanitizing.

  • Clean and maintain assigned aircraft areas, including passenger seating areas, aisles, galleys, lavatories, and other interior spaces.

  • Perform aircraft searches as trained and in accordance with applicable airline requirements and procedures.

  • Identify and report restricted, unauthorized, or suspicious items according to established procedures.

  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a clean, organized, and properly stocked condition.

  • Follow established safety procedures and identify and report potential hazards.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Work efficiently while meeting aircraft turnaround and departure requirements.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned based on operational needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be physically capable of performing the essential duties of the position.

  • Must be able to lift, carry, and/or hold 75 pounds or more as required by the position.

  • Must be able to lift, squat, stoop, push, pull, stand, walk, and bend frequently throughout the course of a shift.

  • Must be able to perform repetitive cleaning activities throughout the workday.

  • Must be able to work in an active airport environment and around aircraft, cleaning equipment, and related materials.
