No Experience Necessary - All Training Provided by Rapids Water Park
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all cabanas and service areas; ensuring they are clean, neat and organized
  • Attend quarterly alcohol compliance training courses on-site
  • Provide superior customer service, taking orders accurately and delivering menu items quickly and efficiently
  • Serving alcoholic beverages responsibly while maintaining legal age requirements
  • Being knowledgeable of all menu items
  • Maintain a safe work environment for customers and other employees
  • Obtain knowledge of facility layout and amenities to assist customers
  • Follow all park policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Approachable, outgoing and excited about upselling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
  • Ability to accept guidance and supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff members
  • Ability to process various forms of payment, count money and make change
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays to meet business needs
  • Be efficient, friendly, engaging, energetic, enthusiastic and fun

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to endure work environments of excessive heat
  • Must follow guidelines on staying hydrated, eating properly, and using sunscreen
