What is a CABA?

Caba is not a widely recognized job title in most industries. It may be a misspelling, abbreviation, or regional term for another position, such as 'CABA' (Certified Agile Business Analyst) or related to specific organizations or contexts. If you are referring to the role of a Certified Agile Business Analyst, this professional specializes in analyzing business processes and facilitating agile project delivery through effective communication between stakeholders. Their responsibilities often include gathering requirements, supporting agile teams, and ensuring that business needs are met efficiently. Please provide more context or check the spelling for a more precise answer.

What is the difference between Caba vs Cab Driver?

While both Caba and Cab Driver roles involve operating vehicles for passenger transport, Caba often refers to the vehicle or service itself, whereas Cab Driver describes the individual providing the ride. The roles overlap in credentials and work environment, but Caba is more about the vehicle or service brand, while Cab Driver emphasizes the person behind the wheel.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Certified Associate Business Analyst (CABA), and why are they important?

To thrive as a Certified Associate Business Analyst (CABA), you need strong analytical skills, a foundational understanding of business processes, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with requirements management tools, data analysis software, and the CABA certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) are typically required. Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail help you stand out in this role. These skills and qualifications ensure accurate requirement gathering, effective stakeholder collaboration, and successful project outcomes.

What are some common challenges faced by CABA analysts when working on business process improvement projects?

CABA (Certified Associate Business Analyst) analysts often encounter challenges such as gathering comprehensive requirements from stakeholders with differing priorities, adapting to rapidly changing business needs, and ensuring clear communication across departments. Additionally, they may need to balance multiple projects or tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and analysis. Successfully navigating these challenges requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving within cross-functional teams.

Job description

Clinical Program Manager

Who We Are

Whether you're brand new to ABA or finding your way back to it, you belong here. CABA was built by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a clinician who never stopped doing the work herself. She wanted to create the kind of place she'd want to work, built around one idea: take good care of your people, and they'll take beautiful care of the clients. At CABA we work with individuals across the lifespan with autism and other disabilities and conditions, including co-occurring needs, helping to increase independence and improve quality of life.

People come to this field for different reasons. What matters is what you choose to do once you’re here. CABA is built to help you see that reason through.

The way the Taylors treat their team isn't a policy. It's a promise, to their staff and to every person counting on them.

This is where your BCBA© journey becomes more supported, more intentional, and more real-world.

Maybe you stumbled into this field. A job posting, a friend's recommendation, a class that opened a door you didn't know was there. But somewhere along the way you stopped stumbling and started choosing. You chose to stay. You chose to go further. You chose to become the person who does this work at the highest level.

A lot of organizations will tell you they support fieldwork. What they mean is they'll sign your hours. That's not what this is.

At CABA we built the Fieldwork Support Model because Dr. Rachel Taylor and Allyson Moore have been exactly where you are. They know what this path costs. So they designed something that actually supports your journey and gives you the fieldwork experience you deserve.

Whether you stay with CABA or not, we want one thing to be true: if you trained here, you are ready for whatever your career has to throw at you.

What the Fieldwork Support Model Includes

  • A dedicated BCBA paired to your fieldwork from day one, not just at check-ins

  • Four one-hour small group supervision meetings every month led by senior clinicians, covering the BCaBA©  and BCBA Test Content Outline in depth and counting toward your unrestricted hours

  • Supports meaningful supervised fieldwork experience, including Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork type

  • Hands-on experience across a variety of service lines and client profiles

  • Unrestricted activity hours including data collection, graphing and analysis, literature review, protocol development, staff and caregiver training, and behavior analytic assessments

  • Opportunities to contribute to research initiatives through CABA’s Research Lab and present at local and national conferences

  • *Bonus paid study materials, exam prep and study group support is provided

You'll Also Receive

  • Pay: $25.00 - $26.00

  • Travel time pay and mileage reimbursement

  • Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) for qualifying full-time employees

  • Paid sick and leave time

  • Real-time clinical support through our Behavioral Operant Support Specialist (BOSS®) Program

  • A leadership team that tells the truth and actually listens

What You'll Do

  • Deliver behavior analytic services across a variety of service lines and client profiles

  • Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and record data accurately in real time

  • Participate in assessments, protocol development, and caregiver training

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Active enrollment in a BACB verified course sequence required

  • Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

  • CPR and CPI certification required, we will support you if needed

  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Must pass required health clearances and FBI/DOJ background check

You've already done the hard part of deciding who you want to become. Come do it somewhere that was built for exactly that.

CABA is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to an inclusive workplace for people of all backgrounds. We do not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected under federal, California, or local law. Accommodations available upon request.
