The Department
The Golf group specializes in helping corporations leverage the power and reach of golf through sponsorship and brand activation, primarily through events, VIP hospitality, players and media relationships.
The Role
CAA Golf is seeking a full-time, highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a temporary Mailroom & Storage Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of all mailroom operations, as well as overseeing storage initiatives. You will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure a clean and organized workspace. This is an essential role that requires strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the mailroom, including sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Track and manage shipments; accurately document all incoming and outgoing items
  • Track office supplies inventory and restock as necessary
  • Regularly clear and maintain a clean mailroom to optimize workflow
  • Correctly place boxes in the accounts' specified area
  • Provide any additional general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure the mailroom and shipping areas remain organized and clutter-free
  • Conduct monthly check-in with each team to ensure their areas are upkept and address any needs
  • Maintain open communication with management for any support required

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or mailroom coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean environment

Location
This role will be onsite and based in Jacksonville, Florida.
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $23.00-27.00. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
