Job Description
At CSI Pharmacy (CSI), we are on a mission to provide Specialty Pharmacy services to patients with chronic and rare illnesses in need of complex care.
CSI is a rapidly growing national Specialty Pharmacy. Whether you work directly with patients or behind the scenes in support of the business and its employees, you will use your expertise, experience, and skills to support our patients and our mission.
Summary
Under supervision, responsible for delivery and pick-up of patient orders for medications, supplies, and equipment in a safe, effective, and timely manner. In addition, responsible for designated activities related to cleaning and maintenance of infusion control devices, processing enteral supply orders, and managing and disposing of hazardous waste.
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm (100% On-Site)
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00/hr (DOE)

Qualification Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Provide the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication in order to build and maintain the maximum customer base possible.
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task and frequently change direction.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to a reliable automobile.
  • Assists in organizing delivery routes and prepares daily Distribution Route Sheet.
  • Performs individual delivery of patient orders and conducts in-home patient supply inventories.
  • Obtains patient signatures on Delivery Tickets and other forms as indicated.
  • Performs pick-up of supplies and equipment at completion of patient therapy and completes appropriate paperwork for returned patient goods.
  • Gives "Delivery Report" to the Operations Supervisor and completes designated delivery paperwork.
  • Assists in cleaning, inspecting, and performing functional tests of infusion control devices and related equipment.
  • Assists in picking, assembling, and packaging internal orders as needed.
  • Participates in on-call schedule.
  • Performs daily vehicle inspection and maintains vehicles in clean and proper working order per organization policy and procedure.
  • Maintains emergency supply kit inventories in delivery vehicles.
  • Assists in maintaining warehouse and inventory areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Reports all accidents, vehicle damage, moving violations or warnings and driver's license suspensions to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Provides high quality services to the home-care patient and the home-care referral source.
  • Attends and participates in conventions, trade shows and in-services relating to IV therapy.
  • Consistently represents the company in a professional manner.
  • Maintain effective working relationship and cooperate with all personnel in the Company.
  • Adheres to the Company's compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
  • High School diploma.
  • Knowledge of medical supplies/home healthcare desirable.
  • Must have valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Possess basic organizational skills.
  • Be able to communicate well with patients and other employees.
  • Be able to read a map.
  • Dependable in attendance and job performance.
  • Flexible with work schedule.
