• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing pertinent medical history, performing detailed assessments, and determining the most effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families, involving them actively in goal-setting to ensure a collaborative approach to healthcare.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that are responsive to patients' presentations and the evolving landscape of healthcare.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members by consulting on patient progress, recognizing changes that may require adjustments to the treatment plan, and documenting observations effectively.
• Oversee discharge planning and provide comprehensive follow-up care, ensuring all documentation of care activities is timely and accurately reflects patient progress through clear notes and evaluations.
• Demonstrate efficiency in managing time and scheduling, consistently meeting productivity expectations while participating in marketing initiatives to enhance community awareness of our services.
• Engage actively in departmental objectives through collaborative efforts and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development; mentor and supervise students to contribute to the next generation of healthcare providers.
• Promote patient satisfaction and access to care by bidding for flexible treatment options and continually improving service delivery.

As a Physical Therapist at Cred, you will primarily work with a diverse group of patients, including those suffering from post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Our approach is holistic, focusing on restoring mobility and improving quality of life through tailored therapy plans that consider each patient's unique circumstances.

• Must possess a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and have a valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills that reflect an ability to connect positively with patients and their families, along with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and a passion for mentoring future professionals in the field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, although recent graduates with above average clinical skills may be considered.
• Experience in an outpatient setting is advantageous.
• An ability to work with various electronic health record systems is highly beneficial.
