Summary:

As Cross Domain Solution Specialist, you must provide subject matter expertise for cross domain policy analysis, design, and implementation support to configure and validate CDS access and transfer capabilities integrated within client networks. You will support CDS requirements analysis and implementation in support of test and exercise events.

Primary Skills & Responsibilities:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide Subject Matter Expertise for cross domain policy analysis, design, and implementation support to configure and validate CDS access and transfer capabilities.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Subject Matter Expert in the rule set and filter development for CDS -Understand, troubleshoot, and integrate CDS systems into existing Navy SoS to include: Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise Services (CANES), Distributed Common Ground System.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Navy (DCGS-N), and Ship's Signals and Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) -Work with engineers to detect and resolve system, component, or design issues during the integration and testing of CDS products.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Configure, troubleshoot and maintain networked and standalone computing equipment with a focus on Security Enhanced (SE) Linux environments -Install and remove software that may require the advanced configuration of network devices and applications.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide CDS expertise in the analysis of system Data Owner Guide (DOG) or Cross Domain Appendix (CDA) to define cross domain policies -Support Trusted Agent (TA) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities for each unique CDS Site Based Security Assessments (SBSA).

Experience:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to work with and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, government technical representatives, and other supporting contractors; excellent written and oral communications.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Knowledge of CDS policies, rule sets, filters and data flow development.

Education/Certifications/Clearance:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical related field plus 4 years' experience, or cybersecurity Associates Degree and 5 years' experience, or 8 years' experience with no degree.
  • Active Secret clearance
Current DOD 8570 IAT II certification, must have CompTIA Security+ and certified training in technical discipline.
