About Global Patient Solutions Within Global Patient Solutions, you will translate deep patient insight, behavioral science, and advances in digital and AI technologies into personalized support experiences that meaningfully improve patient care and patient experience across Oncology and Biopharmaceutical indications. As part of AstraZeneca's connected Enterprise AI ecosystem, you will help evolve and scale our global patientengagement strategy, including the Connect360 program-integrating realworld data, patientreported outcomes, behavioral signals, and longitudinal engagement patterns to deliver empathetic, timely, and clinically relevant interventions at scale. In this role, you will play a critical part in defining where we focus, how we create value for patients and markets, and how we scale sustainable, AIenabled patientsupport models globally.

Innovation, AI & Sustainable PatientSupport Models Shape AIenabled patient engagement, monitoring, and personalization models Define sustainable, scalable, and compliant patientexperience solutions Drive repeatability and reuse of capabilities across markets to maximize global impact Minimum Requirements Degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific field 5+ years experience working with Biopharmaceutical and/or Oncology indications Strong background in patient experience, patient engagement, patient solutions, or support programs Deep understanding of patient needs, behaviors, and care pathways Experience in behavioral science, intervention design, or healthbehavior modelling Hands-on experience with digital health, omnichannel engagement, and patient facing technologies Experience in patient monitoring, risksignal identification, adherence/persistence programs, or RWE Strategic thinker with experience in value creation, prioritization, or global program work Ability to collaborate across Commercial, Medical, Digital Health, Data Science, PSP Operations, and multiple markets Preferred Qualifications Exposure to AIenabled personalization, analytics, or emerging patient engagement support and monitoring technologies Understanding of global healthcare systems, access pathways, and market dynamics Experience building strategic frameworks, value cases, or enterpriselevel prioritization models Experience with patient solutions, PSP operations, or global capability building Ability to develop and refine strategy & value frameworks for global deployment Ability to translate complex, crossfunctional challenges into scalable, reusable global capabilities Experience shaping AIenabled patientsupport models and influencing longterm strategic direction. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $155.516,80 - $233.275,20 USD Annual, either as annual base pay or as the hourly rate (annual base pay divided by 2080 hours)]. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
