Job description

  • 10+ years in Software Development(Strong in C, C++, Linux/Unix, Shell scripting), Design, and Technical Leadership
  • Experience in Payments Domain 
  • Knowledge of transaction switching, authorization, clearing, and settlement systems.
  • Payment network experience (Visa, Mastercard, or Banking platforms).
  • Transaction processing and financial systems knowledge.
  • Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Design scalable, high-performance, and secure application solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Analyze complex production issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and support team skill development.
  • Coordinate release planning, implementation activities, and post-deployment validation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
  • Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
