The Team You'll Join
The P&C (People & Culture) Associate Business Partner serves as a trusted partner to business leaders, supporting the execution of P&C strategies aligned to business objectives. This role provides support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, engagement, performance management, and talent processes. Working in partnership with P&C Business Partners and P&C Centers of Excellence, the Associate Business Partner builds strong relationships, delivers data-informed insights, and supports initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and the overall employee experience.
How You'll Contribute
Partners with team and organizational leaders to develop people strategies that integrate with and support global business strategies, goals, and objectives. Coaches managers on building effective teams and addressing employee relations matters. Provides consultation and advice on organization design, talent development, workforce planning, succession management, rewards, training, leadership development, and performance management. Proactively forms strong working relationships with leadership and the People & Culture (P&C) organization, seeking new ways to best support the business' key people initiatives. Serves as the client face of P&C, acting as interface and liaison with other P&C groups (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Benefits). Ensures compliance with corporate policies, government regulations, and statutory requirements globally.
โ€ข Delivers a full range of P&C services for assigned groups or departments.
โ€ข Supports the team's efforts to deliver services to larger organizational groups.
โ€ข Supports HR Team in day-to-day HR matters.
โ€ข Provides high-level administrative support.
โ€ข Partners with people managers and recruiters to attract, develop, and retain a diverse, engaged workforce.
โ€ข Establishes credible, trusting work relationships with assigned business functions to implement key processes and programs to support business's key strategic initiatives.
โ€ข Participates in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
โ€ข Supports and monitors the annual performance review and compensation program process.
โ€ข Monitors employee attrition through exit interviews; reports findings and recommends retention / improvement strategies to management.
โ€ข Supports development and implementation of P&C plans, programs, and tools with business leaders to build and enhance organization capability.
โ€ข Collaborates on global strategy and execution by connecting with Global Mobility peers on intercontinental transfers.
โ€ข Analyzes and synthesizes people data, including employee turnover, employee engagement, compensation, and workforce planning to advise leaders on key talent strategies.
โ€ข Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
โ€ข Provides guidance on employee relations matters, supporting investigations and escalating complex issues as needed.
โ€ข Supports employee engagement surveys and contributes to action planning initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and retention.
โ€ข Partners with P&C Operations to ensure accurate employee data management and adherence to established processes.
โ€ข Identifies opportunities to improve P&C processes and enhance efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.
What You'll Need to Bring
โ€ข Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree.
โ€ข Demonstrated judgment and ability to assess and manage risk with guidance.
โ€ข Experience supporting projects or change initiatives.
โ€ข Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
โ€ข Experience using data to generate insights and inform decisions (strong Excel skills preferred).
โ€ข Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
