Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific concerns.
• Provide individualized therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, continuously monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, particularly those facing accessibility challenges in traditional settings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
