Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Experience with Theraoffice and ModMed EMR systems


Assignment Details

  • Schedule options include 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts
  • Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Caseload averages 12 patients per day, with 14 to 15 patients per day possible
  • Patient population includes back, joint, and worker's compensation cases
