Our core product, the Kikoff Credit Account, has helped hundreds of thousands of customers build better credit. But Kikoff is more than just a credit builder: we are a long-term financial partner for our customers, and we have an exciting product roadmap of solutions to help our customers reach their financial goals.

We are seeking a data-driven, articulate Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team. This isn't just a "client-facing" role; it's a hybrid of digital marketing strategy and data analysis. You will be the primary point of contact for our affiliate partners, responsible for optimizing campaigns, identifying new growth opportunities, and translating complex data into clear, actionable written reports.

Responsibilities:

  • North Star Objectives
    • Champion Kikoff's products and services and become the influential main point of contact for our active partners
    • Heavily contribute to Kikoff's ambitious new user acquisition goals through account management, up/cross selling, and optimizations
    • Consistently overachieve monthly acquisition goals and grow your career as a contributing member of Kikoff
  • Affiliate Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned affiliate partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships
    • Communicate regularly with affiliates partners to understand their needs, provide support, and address any concerns or issues
    • Act as a liaison between affiliates and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, promotions, and campaign strategies
    • Manage central inboxes to answer common questions and provide support to existing and inquiring partners
    • Draft compelling recruitment pitches and partner newsletters that excite partners and drive action
  • Campaign Management and Optimization:
    • Work closely with affiliate partners to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
    • Present strategic guidance and recommendations to partners to help them maximize their performance and reach their goals
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated by affiliate partners
    • Prepare regular reports (monthly, weekly) and updates on affiliate program performance to share with internal stakeholders and affiliates
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness
    • Synthesize and share creative learnings from campaigns with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (or in progress)
  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a related role (affiliate agency experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with affiliate partners and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions; proficiency with data software such as Tableau and Amplitude
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g., Impact, Appsflyer), proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and familiarity with AI automation (Claude Cowork, Claude Code)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results and brings a "test and learn" approach
  • Experience with DTC, subscription, or fintech a plus.
