Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on machinist who can independently handle CNC programming, setup, machining, inspection, troubleshooting, and general production support in a flexible manufacturing environment.
This is not a button-pusher position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Setup and operate CNC mills and lathes
  • Write and edit CNC programs
  • Support medium-run and short-run production
  • Build and modify fixtures
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Inspect machined components
  • Troubleshoot machining and production issues
  • Support fabrication and general production needs
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
Equipment Includes
  • Haas VF-2
  • Doosan Puma 200
  • Victor V-Turn 36 Lathe
Experience with Haas and Fanuc-style controls is beneficial.
Preferred Experience
  • Haas controls
  • Fanuc-style controls
  • Prototype or job-shop experience
  • Fixture design/building
Schedule
  • Typical start times are 5:00 AM or 7:00 AM depending on production needs
