We are hiring a Seasonal, Full-Time Pastry Cook at The Lodge. If youre passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience and enjoy working as part of a team, wed love to connect.

The Pastry Cook works under the direction of the Pastry Chef and is responsible for producing high-quality pastry items while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. This role follows proper HACCP procedures, supports the culinary team as needed, and contributes to a positive and professional culture across the F&B division.


Responsibilities
Prepare and produce a variety of pastry and dessert items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines
Support team members and assist across the kitchen as needed


Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen or a culinary degree
Valid Oregon food handlers permit and ServSafe certification
Strong understanding of safe food handling procedures
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays


Schedule & Pay

Seasonal, full-time position
Pay from $22.00/hour, based on experience
Eligible for tips
