Who You Are:
As a Full-Time Butler, your primary focus will be ensuring consistent service quality for all assigned communities. You will work five days or nights a week, depending on the market, servicing several properties per shift, either individually or as part of a team. Your role also includes supporting operations by addressing service gaps and assisting with emergencies as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect trash and recyclables from each resident's doorstep throughout assigned communities, including upper-level units (stairs required).
  • Use a leak-proof tote to transport waste to your pickup truck and then to the designated compactor or disposal site.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the compactor/dumpster area before completing the shift.
  • Log nightly service documentation into our proprietary system.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations Management as required to complete service.
  • Comfortable working in outdoor settings, walking long distances on properties, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing stairs, and driving for extended periods.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Schedule & Hours:
  • Must be willing to travel outside of primary location as needed
  • 5 days per week - Sunday - Thursday
  • 2 weekends on call per month
  • Shifts average 6 to 8 hours per night
  • Typically 30-40 hours per week, with the potential for additional days based on availability and performance.

Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic employee relations experience.
  • Prior experience in delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance with good driving record.
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor setting and walking the distance of a property.
