The Legend Needs a Guardian. The Hotel Julien Dubuque has hosted presidents, pioneers, and icons. Today, we are looking for a Butler to continue that legacy. This is not a behind-the-scenes role; the Butler is the face of the hotel's standards, the fixer of all problems, and the keeper of the "Julien Way."
The Role: Master of the House
As our Butler, you are the ultimate multi-specialist. You are responsible for the physical perfection of the estate, the satisfaction of our guests, and the coordination of the labor that keeps us running.
The Pillars of the Position:
  • Estate Stewardship: You oversee the pristine condition of the entire property. From the grand lobby to the quietest corridor, you ensure the environment is flawless. You don't just "clean"-you curate the atmosphere.
