SUMMARY:

Highly regarded South Florida boutique family law firm specializing in high and ultra-high net worth matters is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney (7+ years experience) to manage a caseload of complex family law matters, including high net worth divorce & equitable distribution, business valuation, complex asset division, alimony, support, and financial analysis, parenting, custody, and timesharing matters This role involves full-cycle litigation responsibility from strategy through trial.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and lead complex family law cases from intake through resolution

- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and financial affidavits

- Conduct discovery, depositions, and legal research

- Appear in hearings, mediations, and trials

- Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and external experts (forensic accountants, etc.)

- Develop case strategy and advise high-profile clients

- Maintain accurate billing and case documentation

- Contribute to client development and firm growth

Qualifications

- 7+ years of family law experience (required)

- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

- Strong experience in complex / high net worth divorce matters

- Proven litigation experience (hearings, depositions, trials)

- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
