The Senior Associate will support the execution and monitoring of key transformation projects and collaborate across diverse teams while developing and leading strategic analysis for Duly.The Sr. Associate, Transformation under the supervision of the Director, Transformation will:* Execute transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals* Translate strategy to operational tactics through focused efforts/actions that will have greatest strategic impact* Diagnose, structure, and develop options for resolving business problems with an unwavering commitment to deliver those initiatives* Work cross- functionally with multiple teams to analyze and execute strategic initiatives, including M&A, transformation management office, and targeted growth strategies.* Support project management for select enterprise initiatives, including partnerships, real estate, operations KPI tracking, etc.* Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards* Implement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness* Develop framework and reporting capabilities for Key Performance Indicators for Duly* Lead market research, strategic analysis, and financial/ operational analysis to drive insights for key enterprise decisions* Utilize data analytics and insights to measures the impact of transformation initiatives**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or related field required.* MBA or Master's degree preferred.* Two or more years of experience in consulting or healthcare required.If you are committed to putting our patients first and helping shape the future of care, you belong at Duly.The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $99,000-$149,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
