  • Establishes, governs, and maintains enterprise process standards, including process taxonomy, hierarchy, naming conventions, BPMN 2.0 modeling standards, version control, and lifecycle management to ensure consistency, quality, and reusability.
  • Owns enterprise deployment, governance, and adoption of SAP Signavio as the standard platform for process modeling, collaboration, process intelligence, and performance management, serving as the system of record for enterprise processes.

  • Collaborates with Business Data and Technology Data Leads to ensure alignment between business processes, master data standards, canonical data models, and transactional data design, enabling clean handoffs into system build and integration.
  • Partners with Technology Transformation Leads and Solution Architects to ensure approved business processes are accurately reflected in system configuration, integrations, and solution design, maintaining traceability from process to build.
  • Establishes and governs enterprise process performance management, defining KPIs, value drivers, and measurable outcomes to ensure process decisions support transformation objectives, value realization, and continuous improvement.
  • Serves as the enterprise authority for assigned E2E value streams, providing executive-level guidance, facilitating governance decisions, identifying opportunities for simplification and automation (including analytics and AI enablement), and mentoring process owners, analysts, and SMEs (approximately 7-10 direct and indirect resources), including system integrator and embedded partner contributors.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet business needs and support company values
Requirements
