OverviewThe Business Systems Manager oversees the strategy, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of business systems across Red Apple Services, ABC Mechanical, and Good Hearts Gear. This role partners with leadership to automate workflows, improve reporting, strengthen data integrity, and ensure technology supports long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer SafetyCulture, Service Titan, Freshservice, and future enterprise platforms.
  • Lead software implementations, integrations, testing, and change management.
  • Develop SOPs, workflows, documentation, and employee training.
  • Build executive dashboards, KPls, and operational reporting.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Executive Leadership to streamline processes.
  • Manage system permissions, vendors, licensing, and platform security.
  • Oversee development and ongoing management of the Red Apple Services website and digital assets.
  • Design and maintain Freshservice service catalogs, automations, forms, and knowledge articles.
  • Champion data governance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Research and recommend technologies that improve scalability and operational excellence.
  • Follow federal and state laws, as well as established company policies.
