Job description

We Are:

Accenture Strategy - where bold ideas meet relentless execution. We sit at the intersection of business strategy and technological transformation, helping the world's most ambitious companies not just adapt to change, but define it. In an era where AI is rewriting every industry playbook, we equip C-suite leaders with clarity, confidence, and competitive edge to move fast and win. We don't just advise - we co-create the future alongside our clients, embedding AI-driven insights into the strategies that shape markets, disrupt incumbents, and unlock new growth engines. If you want to work where strategy is anything but theoretical, you're in the right place.

You Are:

A Strategy expert with deep professional experience working across the Software and Platforms industry - and a genuine obsession with what AI makes possible. You see around corners. You translate complex, fast-moving dynamics into sharp, actionable strategies that clients can execute at scale. You are not just keeping up with the AI revolution - you are actively shaping how your clients lead it. You thrive in ambiguity, energize the teams around you, and build the kind of trusted client relationships that last well beyond a single engagement. Whether you are advising a hyperscaler on their next platform play or helping an AI-native startup define its go-to-market model, you bring the intellectual rigor, creative instinct, and human connection to make it real.

The Work:

  • Lead high-impact teams tackling the C-suite's most urgent challenges - from AI integration and enablement to total enterprise reinvention and technology modernization - developing bold strategies clients can execute with speed and confidence.

  • Define the AI-enabled future for technology companies - hyperscalers, software players, AI-native disruptors, and social platforms - shaping the organizational strategies, visions, and roadmaps that give them a durable competitive edge.

  • Reimagine how clients operate by embedding AI-powered tools, intelligent automation, and platform orchestration into the core of their business - turning operational complexity into a strategic advantage.

  • Deliver sharp, differentiated insights on product portfolio optimization, platform monetization, and ecosystem partnerships - helping Software and Platform clients unlock new revenue streams and outpace the competition.

  • Become an indispensable strategic partner to your clients, building relationships that extend well beyond individual engagements and position Accenture as the trusted advisor they turn to first.

  • Shape the conversation in the industry - develop thought leadership, contribute to high-profile forums, and help define what the future of Software and Platforms looks like.

  • Invest in the next generation - mentor junior strategists, accelerate their growth, and build the kind of team that delivers exceptional results consistently.

  • Managers are expected to be handson in analysis and deliverable shaping while leading teams.

  • Own all work products endtoend, including quality, coherence, and readiness for client consumption.

  • Responsible for daytoday client stakeholder communication, expectationsetting, and internal team leadership.

  • Travel as needed, up to 80%.

Here's What You Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working at a Software or Platform company, or a start-up.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.

  • Strong client communication skills with a proven ability to influence and inspire senior executives.

  • A proven track record of delivery on complex, high-impact client engagements where AI played a central role.

  • Hands-on experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve real business problems - for clients or within your own organization.

  • Prior experience driving insights using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

  • Familiarity with AI development ecosystems, LLM-based tooling, or AI platform strategies is a strong plus.
