Midwest Bus Sales IncThe HR Business Partner helps align our organization's people strategy with its business strategy. Together with managers, the HRBPs works on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.

Responsibility Profile:

  • Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices.

  • Mentor managers on employee development best practices.

  • Responsible for administering performance management program.

  • Advise leadership on hiring and terminations.

  • Administer payroll, employee benefits and FMLA.

  • Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution.

  • Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints.

  • Partner with leadership to develop succession plans.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience.

  • College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.

Salary and Travel requirements:

  • IN PERSON
  • Monday to Friday, 25% travel in the area to other locations. Located in Bonner Springs.
  • $80-90K/yearly
