This work also helps clients maximize the ROI of technology investments and use digital trends to build future-ready strategies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years of consulting experience
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business unit strategy, strategic planning, growth strategy, commercial strategy, or business transformation
  • 2+ years of experience developing strategies for growth, margin improvement, or business transformation at the corporate, business, or product level
  • Experience preparing business cases, pricing analyses, or financial analyses for decision-making
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience in one or more functional areas such as finance, information technology, human resources, procurement, or commercial operations
  • Experience creating roadmaps and detailed financial business cases for change initiatives
  • Experience conducting primary customer research, customer journey mapping, or solution design
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience with customer experience technologies such as customer relationship management, e-commerce, or content management systems
  • Experience analyzing cross-industry trends and incorporating findings into strategy recommendations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,600 to $188,400.
