We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales & Business Services Associate to join our team. This position goes beyond traditional retail by helping customers with shipping, printing, packaging, mailbox services, notary services, and business solutions.

Every day presents new opportunities to help customers, learn new skills, and contribute to a professional, customer-first environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Greet every customer professionally and enthusiastically.
  • Listen to customer needs and recommend the best products and services.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through professionalism and trust.

Shipping & Business Services

  • Process domestic and international shipments.
  • Assist customers with packaging, mailbox services, business services, and notary services.
  • Educate customers on available products and value-added solutions.

Print Production

  • Process print orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with wide-format printing, finishing, binding, laminating, and other print services.
  • Perform quality checks before releasing customer orders.

Store Operations

  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
  • Handle cash and maintain drawer accountability.
  • Maintain inventory and restock merchandise.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and professional.
  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Print production experience is a plus.
  • Shipping or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
