  • Employee Experience & Team Development: Build strong relationships across the Corporate Affairs practice, helping leaders understand team capabilities, identify development opportunities and support thoughtful workload management.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in resource management, operations, workforce planning or a related field, preferably within an agency or professional services environment.

  • Experience coordinating staffing, resource planning or workforce management across multiple teams or client engagements.
