This position collects and organizes software requirements as well as interfaces with business process owners ensuring resulting software is useful and solves a specific Farm Service Agency business need.
โ€ข Visual Source Safe (VSS) and Subversion - Skill required
โ€ข Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio - Skill required
โ€ข Rational ClearQuest or IBM Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) - Skill preferred
โ€ข Experience designing UML or other Business diagrams - Skill Required
โ€ข Strong experience writing use cases - Skill required
โ€ข Strong understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) - Skill required
โ€ข Exceptional oral communication and writing skills - Skill required
